Hi, I’m Dawn, I am a certified BACP Registered Person-Centered Counsellor and can help my clients work through and make sense of difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences. I believe in the power of Counselling to change lives in a positive way, allowing people to move forward.


About My Therapy Practice


Are you struggling with something difficult in the here and now, counselling is a powerful tool that offers individuals a safe and compassionate space to explore, understand and resolve various personal challenges. Whether grappling with mental health issues, relationship conflicts, or simply seeking personal growth and self discovery, counselling can provide invaluable support. Through the power of active listening, empathy, and evidence based techniques, counselling has the potential to transform lives, enhance emotional well-being, and promote long-term personal fulfilment.

Practice description.


I am offering face to face sessions, telephone and online sessions depending on individual preference. Please contact me to discuss different options and with a free 20 min telephone or face to face conversation, we can work together to decide whether we ‘fit’ and if it feels right for you to have me supporting you along your journey. The next step involves a ‘shared agreement’ for our work together, setting out a standard of practice so we are in accordance with the BACP ethical framework. Sessions are typically one hour, with no minimum or maximum number of sessions available (that is for us to decide together).
